Every year when the weather starts to warm a little, my thoughts turn to getting a new haircut. I have had so many looks over the years, and some I that I wore a hat for several weeks to wait for the initial grow out. Short haircuts are stylish and make a statement about you, and some women look amazing in them. I personally do not. Even major fashion icons and celebrities have turned to short hair.
